Inspired by the recent packaging discussions here, I have made an attempt to restructure the existing landing page content to better reflect the diataxis process. My hope is that this may improve the user experience for someone looking at the guide for the first time.

I found the new version to be clear and easy to read. I was reviewing the diátaxis docs earlier today after seeing it mentioned in another thread, and the sections you defined seem well organized.

I wasn’t familiar with this, but I assume you are referring to the concept outlined here. This looks like a welcome change, and furthermore I feel motivated to take it into consideration for my own future documentation efforts. Thank you.

Yes. You have the correct site. Daniele Procida has done a number of talk at PyCons over the years which are well worth watching. We’ve been applying diataxis process in the devguide and core python docs as well.
