Problems with pip

Ehi guys I’m facing a problem when I try to install new packages with the command pip install and the error is the same for each package I try to install:

I have a similar issue on my Raspberry Pi OS bullseye.
curl on the failing URL works just fine. And curl detects invalid certificates just fine. (tested this)
So something about pip must be going wrong.

Ok

sudo apt install python3-dev python3-pip libxml2-dev libxslt1-dev zlib1g-dev libffi-dev libssl-dev

worked for me.
