PSF Members Lunch at PyCon US 2026

Hello :waving_hand: are you a PSF Member? If you are attending PyCon US this year, we hope you’ll join us for a special Members Lunch!

The lunch takes place at the Long Beach Convention Center from 12:30 - 2 pm PST in Room 101AB on Saturday May 16th. (You must be registered with a full ticket for PyCon US to attend the event, but there is no additional cost!) There will be updates from PSF Staff and Board on the Foundation’s work this year and an opportunity to meet other PSF Members.

To attend the PSF Members Lunch, you must register via your PyCon US 2026 dashboard using the voucher code below.

How to redeem the voucher:

  1. Go to your PyCon US 2026 dashboard
  2. Under “Paid items” click “Add to your registration” button
  3. At the top under “Items pending payment” click “Apply voucher code” button
  4. Copy and paste the voucher code into the open field and click “Apply voucher code” button
  5. The page will refresh and under “Available Items” you will see “PSF Members Lunch”
  6. Click “PSF Members Lunch”
  7. Mark the check box next to “PSF Members Lunch” and click “Update cart”
  8. The page will refresh, under “Items pending payment” click “Check out and pay for these items” (there is no additional registration fee). You’re registered for the Members Lunch!

Please note:

  • You need to be registered for PyCon US 2026 with a full ticket in order to attend the Members Lunch (expo hall only and Job Fair/Tutorial only ticket holders are not eligible).
  • You need to enter the voucher code before the PSF Members Lunch will become available for selection.
  • Although there is no additional cost to register, you must select “Check out and pay for these items” in order to confirm your registration for the PSF Members Lunch
  • If you have unpaid products in your cart, your registration for the PSF Members Lunch will not be confirmed until you “check out and pay” for the other unpaid items.
  • Space is limited, the voucher code will become inactive after the first 100 registrants.
