Pycharm CE, is there a file change indicator?

I just installed the latest version of Pycharm community edition today on Windows 10 Pro.

I do not see a file change indicator anywhere in the Pycharm window, in the project list or near the code file itself. Does Pycharm have any indicator that tells me if the code has been changed but not saved?

Pycharm always saves the file, so there is never an in-memory-only version.

Everything yo type in PyCharm is saved in a local revision history.
