Hi folks dropping another PyCon US 2025 update today with some exciting news & reminders!
The PyCon US 2025 Schedule is officially live - head to the PyCon US 2025 website and see the wonderful lineup of speakers, keynotes, and events that we have planned.
Registration for Tutorials, select Summits and events are now open! Don’t worry, you can always change your mind and cancel later to open up the space for someone else.
Tutorials: May 14 - May 15, 2025 - $150.00 per session. There are 2 time slots per day.
The PyCon US hotel block is almost sold out! Be sure to book your hotel reservations with the PyCon US hotel block to receive discounted conference rates (while supplies last)! Head to the Hotel and Venues page for more information and a list of all the PyCon US 2025 hotels and reservation deadlines.

Just so that people are aware of the risks, a French scientist was just refused entry in the US because he had publicly expressed anti-Trump opinions. This was confirmed by the French ministries of foreign affairs and higher education (story below in French, sorry).
Thank you for raising this point. We have been receiving similar questions and concerns through other channels and have updated our refund policy for international attendees to help our community plan for PyCon US 2025 more confidently. We understand traveling to the US is complex currently, and we encourage each person to make their own decision based on their personal risk assessment and travel conditions.

Conference T-shirts Deadline: The deadline to order your PyCon US 2025 conference, PyLadies or Charlas t-shirts is this upcoming Monday April 14, 2025. Head to your attendee dashboard to order yours before they sell out!
The call for proposals for the FlaskCon hatchery are currently open through April 25th, so you still have time to submit your talk! We need more proposals! https://flaskcon.com/2025/
Topics can be anything somehow related to Flask or other Pallets libraries, including Flask, Jinja, Click, Quart, internals, lessons learned from a project, metrics, deploying, performance, async, HTMX, JavaScript, APIs, extensions, etc.
