And many notable speakers ranging a wide array of Python-flavored topics! (Schedule being announced soon)
We’re (still) a single-track conference, so you bet there’ll be something there for you!
On a personal note, I know that some folks see the “Texas” in “PyTexas” and immediately jump to conclusions (usually derived from state politics or politicians).
The PyTexas Foundation is committed to the Python community, both in Texas and beyond. We welcome and encourage all members of our community to join and participate however they feel comfortable, especially as their true authentic self. We actively strive for a rich and diverse set of speakers and audience members, believing that the best way for all of us to grow is through exposure to folks that might not look or sound like us (or how we expected).
Just want to say I have been to this conference a few times and I’m very sad that I no longer have any business reasons to go to Austin that would give me an excuse to attend. The organizers are all really nice and Austin is one of my favorite cities. Very beautiful, lots of outdoor activities, amazing food.
