Python core team members are eligible for DSF Membership

I recently learned that being a Python core team member makes you eligible for DSF Membership (Django Software Foundation), so just wanted to make sure others are aware of this perk too.

DSF Membership comes with perks like voting right in the elections of DSF Board of Directors and Django Steering Council (which gives inspiration to the Python Steering Council model).

There is an upcoming Django Steering Council election, and so if folks here are interested in voting in that election, you can apply for DSF membership.
