Q: Machine learning tutorial for VSC?

I’m looking for a recent (last 2 years) tutorial that is free, perhaps on YouTube, on Machine Learning with Python and VSC. I have Python 3.11 on Windows 10.

What would you recommend? Do you have a link?

EDIT: I’m looking for a free video where I can actually download the files that are processed for free. I’ve found some free video courses on Youtube but the files they process are not available.
