[solved] My package got excluded from search on TestPyPI

I uploaded a project to TestPyPI today.

I cannot find the project when I search for the exact name or keywords [1].

What is happening? Is it because my account [2] is identfied as spam because of the random numbers I put in it? I did not recieve any notifications or emails that mention the search problem or spam identification.

What can I do?

I have to put some links here because Discourse said new users can only put 2 links in a post (remove the spaces in links):
[1]: https:// test.pypi .org/search/?q=PEG+parser
[2]: https:// test.pypi .org/user/user1158644914776259/

Update: My project is revealed in search now.

It sounds like you answered your own question, but for posterity: I don’t believe either PyPI or TestPyPI offers a guaranteed TTL for search indexing – projects may take more or less time to show up in searches depending on system load and other factors. In general, if you want to see your project immediately on (Test)PyPI’s web interface, you should navigate to it directly via its project URL once it’s uploaded :slightly_smiling_face:
