8010 actually, and except for the caveat that I don’t know whether a pronouncement about what is and isn’t Python would actually be legal or not without the involvement of the PSF, I’d say that’s a pretty accurate summary.
I wouldn’t mind approving a PR that added a top level TL;DR section.
