Suggesting two very minor, non-urgent updates to the Python Discourse site

Hello! I’m sorry if this isn’t the right place to share this (if so pointing me the right direction would be appreciated:)), but I noticed two small places on the site that I think could use updating when someone with access has a chance:

  • On the bottom of the About page under “Contact Us”, it says “In the event of a critical issue or urgent matter affecting this site, please contact us at Our Community | Python.org” - I think this is out of date, and should probably be either “start a conversation with @/moderators” and/or directing to an email address?
  • When you select “Flag” on a post, the pop up says “staff” in a few places where I think it should instead read “moderators.” That’s obviously a nitpick, but I think it’s worth clarifying since while some mods are PSF staff, many are volunteers (btw thank you for your service). I’ve change “staff” to “moderator”, although it may take time for Discourse to update, it’s not clear how it’s cached. I’m discussing internally about how to change the contact link.

I’ve changed the contact section on the about page to read:

Contact the moderator team in case of any issues with the site or content within it. Either flag a post in need of attention, or create a private message to the @moderators group describing the issue.
