Tensorflow installation issue

Im brand new to python. I don’t even know if this is the right thread for this. Anyways, I downgraded from the newest python version to 3.12 to support tesnorflow. However, I upgraded the pip version. I am receiving the following dependency conflicts with

tensorflow downloading:

Does this mean that I don’t have a GPU to support tensorflow? What is the deal?
I need tensorflow for a class that I am taking and I have an assignment due at the end of the month and and I don’t know what to do!

Try using a virtual environment. According to this thread, they were having the same issue and rectified it by creating a virtual environment and working from there (scroll down until you see the post by pokeron21):
