Trying to get into developing discord bots using Vscode, my first langaueg is python

whenever i try to use the system cmd ’ python3 main.py’ my system gives me an outcome of,

Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases.

what should i do? so i can fix this and go about my way.
