ttkwidgets · PyPI suggests “GNU General Public License v3 (GPLv3) (AGPL)” but at first glance the upstream seems to be just a modern GPLv3 that is compatible with the AGPL; but not the AGPL itself: ttkwidgets/LICENSE.md at master · TkinterEP/ttkwidgets · GitHub

You’d need to report this to the project (although I note there’s an issue suggesting that the project might currently be in some sort of “limited maintenance” mode). Either way, there’s nothing anyone here can do about this.
