hi, im quite new to python and django in general, and im trying to follow their Own tutorial, but im running into an issue when trying to run ‘py manage.py runserver’ and keep ending up with an error saying ‘Unable to create process, The file cannot be accessed by the system.’
i had recently completely uninstalled my instances of python/pip and installed the most recent one, because i had it mixed with the microsoft store version, can someone please give me a lead on this?
further info: the python version installed is 3.12.6, installed at C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\PythonXX\python.exe
