I’m Vamshi.Yamsani, a 2nd year college student passionate about python and Django development. I have experience working with:

  1. python ( backend development)
  2. Django ( web frameworks, REST API’s)
  3. AI & Generative tools

I’m eager to contribute to open-source projects and apply for GSoC 2025 under the Python Software Foundation. I would love to :

  1. learn more about the ongoing projects within the community.
  2. Find beginner–friendly issues to start contributing.
  3. connect with mentors and fellow contributors

I’d appreciate any guidance on where to start and how i can make meaningful contributions .Looking forward to collaborating with all of you!

You’re better to pick a specific project you feel you know enough about to be able to help then read their own contribution guidelines. There’s no job shop for open source.
