What is the purpose of tags here? Every time I add a post, I intend to place a tag that would specify it. For example, if it is Tkinter related. But there is no such tag. Tags look more like to have an organizational function for admins.
One can subscribe to a tag (“watch”, or “track” in Discourse terminology), in order to receive a notification when there is activity on any discussion with this tag.
I think it is possible to create tags at will. Or at least, I can. Maybe it depends on the account’s “trust level” on this forum.
