What information is useful to know statically about an interpreter?

This is somewhat related, but also somewhat tangential to PEP 711: PyBI: a standard format for distributing Python Binaries . Since the design of what’s proposed in the above post is meant to help with editors and anyone else who needs info about and run interpreters, I thought I would post here as well.
