I’m aware of the limitations on resources to manage PyPI so this is as much an observation as anything else.
There are now 42 open limit request issues and there doesn’t seem to be any activity since the beginning of March. Those requesting project limit changes may be able to delete older versions, but those requesting file limit changes are a bit stuck. As a temporary measure I am running a local server (with all the security problems that that implies). Longer term I am going to have to create a dependent project and split the wheel between the two.
