Is there something similar to MATLAB Add-On Explorer, where you can search for, download, and install python toolboxes/modules without actually leaving Python IDE like PyCharm for example?
Sounds like PyCharm has a Python Packages tool window that does that." open it using the main menu: View | Tool Windows | Python Packages."
