Please remember that you have to pay attention with Helios. Make sure your vote is actually submitted. There are several pages to click through. Don’t stop after filling out your ballot and clicking the button on that page.

When in doubt: check your email. Helios sends another email that you have actually cast your vote. (Do check your spam mailbox, though, because, well, email.) If you don’t see the email, it’s safe to re-cast your vote with Helios. Your last cast ballot counts.
